Police Scotland Guide

We have worked with Police Scotland to develop a new guide for parents if their child with ADHD is arrested.

People with ADHD have a significantly higher risk of coming into contact with the criminal justice system and of ending up in custody than the general population. The reasons for this are complex, and if you have a child with ADHD then it is BY NO MEANS inevitable that they will land up in trouble with the law. The support and guidance you can give them has a powerful protective effect.
