Suzanne Scott (https://www.traumainformedparenting.uk/) will be running the first of two special sessions for us. Trauma Informed Parenting can be helpful for all children - not just those who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences - and shows us how to help our children to manage their emotions and self-regulate. (Note this meeting was postponed from February).
